There was no need to spend time establishing character dynamics so it can just straight up focus on the comedy, there's a little more spotlight on supporting characters like Hayasaka and the short haired girl, Shirogane's displaying more confidence than in the first season. But the best part is of course Kaguya being more thirsty and retarded than ever which creates the greatest laughs. Plus the production values and directing are as stellar as ever.
