I lived for a while in a hostel in Sydney where there was a girl like this. Women who are at least semi decent looking but live in this state of depravity like this are indirectly choosing to do. They are just given things by simps and other women just for existing (drugs, food, a place to stay for free, friends etc). They'll even be gifted jobs as a waitress or maid to allegedly turn their lives around. Every time they will fuck things up and every time they will claim it's not their fault or it's because of their BPD or someone else's fault. Even at that they will be given second chances and third chances and fourth chances. People will say they don't learn their lessons, but they do. The lesson they learn is they can do whatever the fuck they want and there is always someone sympathetic or thirty enough to put up with their shit long enough for them to exploit them. If they wanted they could have somewhere to live, a job and people who care about them just by virtue of being a young woman deemed attractive by someone. The reason they find themselves in situations like this is because they are choosing consciously or subconsciously to keep their horrendous attitudes and lifestyles, even if it means they will end up homeless. It's not a massive problem for them because they know someone else will come along and try to "save them".
