Hellhounds all seem to have a uniform red sclera and white iris, so if you had a wolf sinner and differentiated it with a slightly more monstruous appearance, and dark sclera red iris like AD, you could get something decently spoopy and something that'd probably stand out to hellhounds in a creepy way.
