A lot of in-house staff are going to get replaced by pajeets using an AI framework which will then be overseen by a small group of extremely high-functioning employees. Just like how when you walk into a store now and few things are made in America, when you buy a tech service, an American company will simply be the face or a repackaged product made elsewhere.
The whole "work from home" thing has shown who is easily replaceable. The only careers with good job security right now are skilled tradesmen.
