Natives are agreeable except for when they're drunk. Stay away from drunk natives. Negroes are less likely agreeable, but it's easy to tell the difference between them and regular black people. The farther you get from downtown, usually the better the scenery is and the closer to being innawoods you are. Winter is miserable, but also pretty safe as most of the homeless people/drunks either go dormant or wither.
Other useful tips: our economy isn't in a happy place right now. Local government shutdown might or might not happen, so if you know of any wealthy buisness men looking to strike a claim on the last frontieer, plz send. Saturday Market is inefficient over store-bought outside of harvest season, where you can get good deals. State Fair has even better deals, where you can buy 10lbs+ vegetables for a pittance. If you like fishing and/or hunting, game such as moose and salmon are readily avalible, and the latter is usually cheaper than buying it yourself, if you know what you're doing.
