>>10574994What the other anon said. They are carbs. Carbs are just long strings of sugar. Your body has no problem breaking those chains and converting them to sugar. So, I'd say eat it in moderation. Eat it once a week. You'll notice eating any carbs kicks in your starvation mechanism. On pure Keto you have to remember to eat, you just don't get hungry after awhile. Even if I eat some peanuts or popcorn, 4 hours later my stomach is grumbling for food.
Try just eating less grains for now. WE didn't evolve to eat grains. They have to be very processed for us to eat them.
