I am only stating that I practiced some Spiritual exercises and experienced my Consciousness outside of the body and accessed my Subconscious and remember and know that I existed even before having a body, something quite common in all ascetic cultures across time and antiquity. This has bettered my life, my mental health, my pursuit of Self Mastery, and it feels good and blissful to know for myself that existence doesnt end when this body dies and to have expansion of consciousness outside of the body. I have a level of wakefulness and wholeness and completion that I never did as a Soulless unawakened NPC who held the same views you do now
