Now you can take a look at streets everywhere from your couch.
Compared to today, in the old days going to foreign countries used to be like going to another planet. Like in the 1800s all the way until the late 80s. Now you go over there, and it's the same McDonalds on the corner. You can see the the news and media from any country in an instant, talk with people from around the world like what's happening right now. We've moved into a kind of global cultural melting pot.
