I got a gym that's just off the road on my way home from work, and even though it's a normie Gold's gym with a ladies' section, massive aerobic sections and mats I'm doing much better at it just because of its location
also concentrating and doing a chest day, legs day, back day etc. isn't just for efficiency, but it makes it easier to get in the gym multiple times a week
if you go in and do a really heavy weird full-body workout you have a tendency to go once, then come back like two weeks later
don't forget to work out your back
