i wouldn't say they're super fascinating or anything but they're pretty comfy. maybe it's because i'm not the type to go hiking or anything so it's the best way for me to enjoy plant life. it's also entirely possible i'm forgetting some crucial aspect to the experience considering it's been a long time since i've gone to one and i don't remember anything other than enjoying it every time
i'm telling you i see it happen all the time. people talking about being huge gamers because they have SOO many hours in skyrim. like almost a hundred! they even modded it one time! another common one is people talking about how they're really deep into music because they went to a concert one time and talking to them about it reveals they don't listen to anything i haven't heard of.
that might sound a bit pretentious but considering i'd be hard pressed to name 10 western artists off the top of my head i'd really expect someone who's supposedly really into music to be listening to artists i can't recognize the name of.
