The biggest power is just being aware that you're having a panic attack, not some horrible heart attack or something. It goes away in time.
Generally, I think you just need to be more aware of the patterns in your behavior and how they're not helping you. Come up with a concrete plan to improve your life in a meaningful way or something. Like for example, you're clearly emotionally affected by people saying shit about you in these threads, so why engage with those people? You just feed your own misery with self-defeatism and engaging with things/people that obviously upset you. Idk, that's my 2 cents.
