except, the required energy might be ludicrous, lethal even. Influencing one particle is far different than lifting even a mere pen with your mind might just require so much energy you'd prolly knock yourself out and wake up with the worst hunger you ever experienced, if not raise your body temperature to dangerous levels
on the other hand, what do i know? I have an interest in these things, yet rarely find the time to explore them (exactly because there's so much crap and I don't have the patience to wade through it). And maybe all similar threads are in american hours, meanwhile /x/ is just hot garbage and useless, as well as too slow most of the time
