Personally, I'm not a huge fan of that figure, since that it implies that when silver is around that price, it would still be worth it to trade the silver for the (at this point) monopoly money. Even moreso, I believe that the economic situation at that point would result in the government making it illegal to have more than, say, ~20ozt of silver, just like the USA did in the past with gold during the great depression.
I believe that at least 150ozt of silver is good, but 400ozt and above would be "absolutely making it".
