possibly, though the claims seem dubious or vague to me. specifically, making signatures is piss easy so idk why i'd need a generator and "start, grow and monetize your own newsletter" sounds vague.
i often get emails from pajeets who claim to have a made an "automatic" psd to ml generator for emails that converts whatever the designers shit out into html, which would be great, but sadly it never delivers. i don't even care if it's automatic or some pajeet makes it, but it's always just completely generic html with no thought put into making it suitable for email clients.
