From top of my head most obvious examples, sonic, kingdom hearts, COD black ops, fallout (bethesda), assassins creed.
It might take some time to spot the symbols in some of these, CoD is all easter eggs apart from literally "the numbers mason what do they mean?", for fallout you need to know why the flash lightning is involved, and for assassins creed you need to ignore the part that says "this game includes no representation of any persons living or dead". But if the assassins logo doesnt look like something else (|X G X|) I cant help you to see it.
