So I've started a new regiment by jogging every other day, and doing a system up pull ups the other days while building my strength by doing 100 reps on 5lbs weights a day
I've also started a strict high protein low carb diet to cut into my belly weight and start gaining more muscle mass.
I've only been working on it for a week, but I've been keeping myself to it.
