>>828529First of all, you shouldn't bottle your emotions like that. Letting your anger out is very important, just make sure you don't hurt nobody but you don't have to be nice to literally everone around you.
Secondly I can already see that you have very low self esteem and you say self deprecating things to yourself. Make it a goal to stop this. Some self criticism is healthy but beating yourself over everything will get you nowhere but into a grave. Focus on things that make you feel better. It can be anything really and it doesn't have to give you a lot of happiness. Just try to think more nice things.
Reward yourself for things you think are nice. If you scored well on a test, mentally pat yourself on your back. If you thought of a good joke, tell yourself that it's pretty good. I'm sure you have a lot of good qualities. You should be proud of them. It can be intelligence, ambition, modesty, perserverance, good sense of humour, the ability to admit your mistakes. Anything.
As for getting more social interaction, you need to remember one important thing: you don't have to love those people. Casual friendships still have value. Don't think of those people as >fucking normies, try to focus on their good characteristics. Don't be afraid to speak up. In reality people can be more friendly and understanding than you think. Don't just listen to others, talk about yourself more. Open up a little and you will feel more secure.
