>>1705197I started dating in undergrad, I was in a pretty solid relationship for 3 years that ended because my girlfriend was a year older than me and moved out of state for work after graduation. I'm shit at communicating via phone, and she was unsatisfied by our only correspondence being through text or skyping a few times per week. I got dumped, got in somewhat of a rebound relationship that lasted for 6 months and ended for the same reasons when she got in internship out of state over the summer. In grad school I got introduced to "nothing serious" dating, which is a nice term for fuck buddies. I really liked the girl which was really off putting for her, since I was trying to fix what I had done wrong in relationships in the past by putting an effort towards communcating. When that abruptly ended I withdrew entirely from trying to date anyone and stopped going out for anything other than to hang out with my two really good friends who were both in steady relationships of their own. I've been single for close to 7 years now and have no idea how to even start trying to meet women now that I'm a wageslave and don't know many people outside of work.
Thank you for reading my blog post.
