A police officer pulled over a model driver to reward him with a safe driving award, a new city initative to encourage road safety. The driver rolled down his window and asked what the problem was. "No problem at all," the officer said, "I just observed your safe driving and I am pleased to reward you with the $5,000 Safe Driver Award. Congratulations!!"
