I remember a project back in 2nd grade called "The Great Chocolate Caper" and stuff like that. I do remember learning about analogies, and that is when we did the cards with the symbols and stuff, but other than that not much. I remember getting to play a game called Museum Madness which was made by MECC (the makers of Oregon Trail).
And the thing about police letting you off for no reason doesn't make sense to be related, because that means they would have to have a list of people that average beat officers would all have telling them "DON'T ARREST THIS GUY IF POSSIBLE"
