When I tell him he's overpaying he replies to me with "the prices skyrocketed". In literally 30 seconds I found a decent place in the same neighborhood as he lives now for almost half the price. Instead of addressing this, he jumps at retarded business ideas like dropshipping from China and other dumb shit that will BTFO financially.
