Have you perhaps tried recording yourself reading the power-points then playing it back like an auditory lesson. Or maybe watching some YT videos on the topic. You got a good brain, don't let this corona hold you back. Once things get back to normal, there will be more support for students because of the corona.
I'd be willing to bet it's not just your way of learning, it's likely distractions too like 4chan. You're literally making morphine instead of studying hahahaha
