ok - train this breath pattern

then
3/3/6/6
then finally
4/4/8/8
in for 4
hold for 4
out for 8
hold the expulsion for 8
repeat
now what?
lay down comfortably
set comfortable breath pattern
continue that 1/2 ratio for 2-5 minutes
you'll feel' your attention and body shift
when ready, ask your body to allow you to feel the tension in your neck
then!
as your body to find and hold THE BOUNDARY of that tension
then you:
hold then tension, then overwrite the tension by repeating your breath pattern overtop of the mental idea that is casuing the tension - you literally pattern over top using your breath, in additon you can ask you subconcious to communicate the lesson of what is causing it to hold onto the tension
your body is your best friend - always ask permission and if it is ok to release the tension or is there more that is connected that has to be communicated
