i was really outgoing as a kid but i got bullied hard and had no friends
i had put it down to being a problem with the other kids, but when i was 9 i got put in another school and got the same treatment
that's when i realized the problem was with me, or more specifically that i was offputting to other people on some fundamental level
im 21 now and still cant make friends, and the assessment of 9 year old me gets proven right every time i try
