*true story. After I got here I bought a loaf of bread. Nothing fancy, just a sliced white loaf for basic sandwiches - I wasn't expecting artisans bread or anything. Anyway, I tried it and it was fucking gross. Sweet as candy floss. I never threw it out for some reason though and I went back a few days later. No change in texture. Weird. So I left it, and left it, and left it... I finally threw it out 3 weeks later when I realised it would never get hard or mouldy. That. Is. Not. Bread.
