>>962753op i went through basically the same shit but solved it by moving out. I ended up joining the reserve military to pay for it, but really, any job would have been fine. now that I'm away from that bad situation I do a lot better. I'm not the happiest man but I'm at least functional, which I definitely was not when I was in your position.
it can take a while to recover fully, some of that anxiety lasted with me for a year or two and im still not totally all in but it does get a lot better very quickly
get some money or a job and try to move out. you could also try moving in with someone temporarily. don't be afraid of having roommates, either, as long as they live in another room it wont be that bad

>>963399while homelessness is not an option and should not be an option, I tried that shit and it does offer some respite but only if you go somewhere nice you really can rest easy. staying up all night in a 24h coffee house or breakfast place isn't good for your soul. it's just more tiring and frustrating. but if you're a member of a school club or some shit then you can totally just crash there and hope security doesnt find you. library too. best would be a friend's place or something but you gotta take what you can get in a time like this
having a place to turn down is incredibly important in life. humans are a nesting species
