>>9834544I'm sure that's the case, and I sincerely wish I cared enough about it to want to dig into it like that. Aoki's not a bad director (Hourou Musuko had some exceptionally directed scenes and F/Z isn't a classic just because of Urobutcher) but he definitely does seem to value premise over the rest of the writing based on his last few originals. Not really his fault Urobuchi bowed out of working on A/Z to write a Kamen Rider season though.
Forgot to mention, though: best ED of the season without a doubt. Also curse the guy who decided tiny mouths were a good idea.
