>>20953210>Japan is anything but clean. These people will dump trash in nature preservesI didn't need Google Maps after the 2nd day to find my hotel in Asakusa if I went a certain way, after exiting the Tsuba line or whatever it was go straight until I hit the building with trash / hordes newspapers piled up on the 3rd story windows, then turn left until I hit the cigarette vending machine, then make a right and a bit more.
Wandered just a bit off main touristy area of Fushimi-Inari but still on a path for forest hiking and there were just abandoned vehicles (at least they neatly parked them) but completely moss covered older vehicles.
>>20953085>Actually never even seen a cockroach in JapanHow? Just go out late at night in a tourist / restaurant area where they put the trash outside ans it gets picked up early in the AM (2 or 3) like Dotonbori. The rats and cockroaches especially do not give a damn. in north America are small lazy bastards, the ones in Japan are massive and act like they just smoked a ton of meth with how fast they move.
