I went from 40 kg to 81 kg 10-12 reps x 4 in about 3/4 year!
81kg or 72kg, don't remember.. I think I was soon getting into 90 though..!
I also liked lateral pulldowns and some stuff for triceps uhh...
I dunno, desu I only did about 12 upper body excercises + 4 for lower body + treadmill like crazy + stretches.. ever.
Never tried everything, mostly used machines, apart of bench press and some minor shoulder and back stuff with hantles.
