There was an Aussie man who was a driver and spent decades driving with the window down, and the side of his face hit by the harsh sun is far older looking than the other side. Likewise a paralyzed teen stuck indoors was noted to have not looked much different than his high school yearbook photos when he was in his 40s. (Although he died at 50 so not recommended)
