If you don't like anime, don't enter threads about it. LOTGH is only anime in that it's an animation made in Japan though. It could be western pretty much anyways as it doesn't contain many anime tropes, and most importantly IT'S A FUCKING ADAPTION OF A NOVEL. Just like Jacksons LOTR trilogy is a novel adaption, LOTGH is an adaption of a series of novels some Japanese guy wrote in the 70's.
It's not anime, it's Japanese animated adaption of a novel. Now fuck off and stop shitting up a potentially good thread about one of the greatest pieces of media humans have ever made.
