Crypto is a global market and most crypto wealth belongs to people outside of the US. There's a reason why countries like China, Russia and Iran are increasing their mining capacity. It will eventually allow them to stop having to rely on the US dollar. The US government may not like crypto, but it's FAR beyond their reach at this point. Their only choices now are to either play along, or get left behind.
