You know it would really help if there was a viable alternative to YT. It takes a pretty big cut from stream revenue, and its system for reporting can be abused too easily. Twitch, I guess, is the only other, but it's known more for live action streamers. Someone should make a site mainly for VTubers, designed for their needs
