yeah, it's a real ass bar with literal $12 shots, shit is absurd. bartending is good because it's usually a 1 person show, nobody cares what you're doing as long as customers don't get upset, and that's the only position with a tip jar.
license can be done entirely online now. it's just one of those dumbass "courses" where you pay $50 to watch 4 hours of videos then take a quiz, but the theater will reimburse me. most likely i'll end up working bar once or twice a week and kitchen the rest of the time. apparently nobody teaches you any of that shit so i'll just have to learn it all from trial and error i guess
