I starved myself many times, I pack a lot of weight and I can easily last some time on only water and minerals, but I'd probably have to use a lot of coffee and some other shit to stay awake, the phalaroids finnaly began growing, I hope in a week they'll reach an acceptable level, I also have some fertiliser to enrich the soil
