Luke completed his second book, Acts, by 68AD AT THE LATEST. How do we know? Because he finishes with Paul in Rome awaiting his interview with Caesar (Nero) and subsequent execution under Nero. The last year of Nero's reign was 68AD.
Therefore, it is not unreasonable to assert that that Luke's Gospel was written as early as 55AD. Mark's Gospel is the first written, putting it between 45AD to 55AD, within 20 years of Christ's crucifixion & resurrection
