(I detest the term British personally because I am English, but whatever). I've had this exact argument countless times. It's one thing that I regularly hear that doesn't make me angry or enraged like so many other things I hear; it just makes my heart sink.
We've stood strong for like a thousand years, and it took 2 generations to put us in the grave.
