It makes sense for B to give it to A and it'd be dumb not to but I don't expect her to, especially not for free
C is a shitty attempt to tug at heartstrings and appeal to liberals, it'd make more sense if it was food or some comfort item but I really don't see some impoverished child giving that much of a shit about an instrument he cant even play
