A lot of the time you look up Brazilian men in China/Korea/Japan they look like picrel, which is not that surprising because a lot of Asiaboos of different Asian countries (not just weebs or kweebs) here are middle or upper class which means they should have some money to travel internationally and are likely white
But still, what you say is correct anyway, even with all that taken into account it's a small amount of whites in Japan and you might just get the wrong impression if you focus on the big metropolises full of gaijin ignoring that rural Japan and many other less relevant cities also exist
