Cilantro helped my with my autism. just chew a couple raw strands of it every day. You have to take chlorella or other greens (chlorophyll) with it preferrably with a meal because it will mobilize heavy metals out of your brain (the cilantro) and that will then have to get detoxed and picked up by the body, otherwise it would cause other issues elsewhere (such as autoimmune stuff, allergies, rashes etc, and also you can just get the autism right back after a while if you dont do greens with it)
Raw cilantro was really huge for me. I get way more relaxed and just a normal person right after taking it. A couple of hours I might bounce back from it a bit. But if you just take it consistently for a whole while and do alot of greens, it will gradually get better.
One thing with Chlorella is it may deplete your minerals a bit as it tends to just pull minerals, so taking a bit of iron with it and probably zinc i found is good and if I took too much in the past it would trigger my herpes (herpes has an easier time with low Iron because your lips get brittle)
Chlorophyll is just like the blood molecule billirubin the red of the blood, but in themiddle of it a magnesium atom. So the body technically just has to swap out th magnesium for an iron in order to make new billirubin from it. Idk if it does do that but it does have the exact molecule. For more blood also b vitamins
Also HUGE for brain is sideritis scardica. That's a greek mountain tea plant. I just take it as the tea. It's being studied for reversing Alzheimer's because of course they want to turn it into a drug.
It's absolutely amazing for the brain, you literally become a different person because of it. I start to get creative again when I take it and formulate myself better again, find better words again. I take the tea every once in a while. Another good one for brain and creativity is B12 and ginkgo/ginseng type supplements ofc.
