Because real life experiences bottle frustration and you can't freely vent your own frustrations and feelings in public. The internet fixes this through anonymity because you don't really care about what you write or do on it, thus it has a more negative aspect, it also comes without repercussions and stigma and the behaviour can be incentivized because you don't really have to care about it. That's why it's harder to shitpost on the internet using your real name and such, especially on social media platforms.
