they decided to wait and found no one, had to pay like 500,000 euro fines that they didnt do the contract.
they could have tought my dad in a day to do MIG welding, because he works TIG usually.....he only needed like 1 day of some tips on how to do it better.
They decided not to hire him, to wait..fail the project, and get fined 500,000 euro.
