it's really funny how these things work counter to expectations sometimes. i've run through a ton of dungeons in the +10 to +15 range but it's still borderline impossible to do like +8 dungeons just because groups are filled with the woefully unprepared or cripplingly stupid in that range because it isn't perceived as "very hard"
by the same logic i'm hoping that any guild with people looking to do a +20 will probably only have people capable of doing a +20
