>>7729554>things I used to live by and for suddenly stopped making sense to meDo you remember what put you into such downfall slope? There are so many things that yield results in depressive nature of our minds, that solely thinking about them could cause paranoia and anxiety - nearly as many as habits that can help us getting out of there~
Things sometimes lose value to us, we learn to see on a broader perspective, maybe feel like living with today's and common plesantries doesn't give us anything in return but another illusion of a day well spent.
Give yourself some time and try leaving few comfort zones, buddy.
Embrace your depression, so it may push you into trying stupid new things, like edgy walks at night or going to the gym~
Things that you never tried, yet are more or less easily acquirable. I know you can do this, especially when boredom kicks and you will find that everything you had put your faith in still doesn't feel alright <3
But whatever happens Anon, I just want you to know that living with present days isn't bad - nowadays it's a virtue, a forgotten way people used to live and what kept them from having such depressive thoughts, even while life wasn't as cookie crisp.
Oh and one last thing - don't chase happiness.
Don't live for a kick, stop thinking that you can only earn something in life if you are going to do your best in things you hate, in austerity.
I'm not saying hard work is bad, I just wanted to notice that with such mindset those chores and meaningful wastes of time will never become your hobbies nor to your liking. Human is a very adaptable animal, I know that thinking about certain musts you need to get through as things you have to force yourself to like or facing states as the one you are yourself in right now - but it's a good way of living~
I'm sorry for a long post - here, have a neat video
