Dont have a drivers licence? So what. There are a lot of people much older than 23 that dont. My co-worker is 40, lives with his parents and still doesnt have his license.

Start with simple exercise (if you dont already), and changing up your diet to be healthier, drink more water, eat less fast food.
I'd suggest to start listening to Jordan Peterson on youtube. Many of the topics he covers are aimed at young men and how to improve oneself.
