I was a truck driver in the UK for about a decade. Would not go back to doing that now, totally shit job where nobody respects you and the government try to fuck you over from every angle. May be better in other countries, the driving aspect is pretty comfy.
Our government was begging all the drivers to go back to working in the industry after they fucked it up by brining in more and more regulation to fuck everyone over.
