What made nofap harder for me this year has been too much free time on my hands, I need to figure out a way to keep my mind occupied without feeling too constrained, because that lowers my productivity. For instance, I was supposed to already have learned coding on my own, but it's easy to procrastinate when you're by yourself. I'm confident I can go through months of nofap if I adopt a proper routine. My record so far has been 3 or so months, hoping to go for at least 6 months this time. And once I get to 6, I think I'll be quite motivated to go for a year at once.
No porn AT ALL is a big part of it though, if I as much as see 5 seconds of some porn video that will be constantly on my mind until I finally fap.
