>>15164979>anyone in those threads saw the deltas, they weren't changing the timesIf a post DIDN'T have a delta, would someone have noticed? The only way timestamp-editing would be caught would be if someone found an interesting delta in the timewindow between the drop being made and the drop timestamp being changed and documented it. If the drop was added with a backdated timestamp (I could trivially add support for that to vichan) there wouldn't even be the risk of some screenshotters noticing the discrepancy - they'd just assume lag, much like the way it can take a couple minutes after I hit submit for my posts to be visible.
I'll make a backwards-in-time MTG delta for YOU (since, obviously, I pick the time I post so I *could* have pre-chosen the delta and waited to hit submit until I had it.).
Your post was made at 14:40 (Finnish time). What are the odds of it being made exactly 17 days and 23 hours after an MTG post? 23 is the number sacred to Discordians - worshippers of a chaos god. This is pretty crappy as deltas go, though.
One other thing I noticed looking through this is it seems like MTG has more posts made exactly on the hour than a normal person. I think she's scheduling her tweets. If I post at EXACTLY (hour:43) I get an elevated chance of an exact 17 minute delta.
