Why does /pol/ mostly believe in outdated and unscientific Eurocentrist racial ideas

Quite curious, it's like most on /pol/ never finished school or studied biology.
Instead just mixed their own daddy's redneck teachings with some stuff they found here on 4chan and formed their ideas of race (which basically mirror Jim Crow or 17th century European delusions about race).
The irony here is that users actually think that what they believe in is scientific and is current. It reminds me of the flat earth forum and how users on there also believe that science supports them, it appears that huge amounts of time in an echo chamber make you guys lose touch of what the current positions even are. lol
