fairly sure i read someone say babish was never a real chef and that was the reason that particular poster was seething, but i don't know if it was true.
garlic soup is ironically something i'd never bother trying because the end result isn't worth the effort and most importantly the cleanup for me. 'ate cream soups. 'ate using the immersion blender.
